Julian has been working in land and property in the South East for nearly 30 years.

He started as a planning project officer with Kent County Council, before moving to Cluttons Chartered Surveyors where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor specialising in planning, development, agency consultancy and valuation. Julian has subsequently worked for a number of SME and PLC housebuilders in senior land acquisition and planning roles, including Croudace Homes and BDW Developments, before moving to Area Director roles with land promoters Gladman Developments and most recently Catesby Estates.

Julian established Cantium Land and Development Ltd in 2024 to specifically focus on smaller landscape led residential schemes that can be designed and built to a high standard by local and regional builders. He brings a wealth of insight and experience of successfully promoting land, from planning strategy, problem solving, creative thinking and ultimately disposal.
